Q: How much is my gun worth?

A: The value of paintball or airsoft guns fluctuate constantly due to a number of factors including: condition, new releases, current market value, rarity, demand, etc. The best way to see what your gun is currently worth is to submit a trade request. Find out how to do that here.

Q: Will I get an email when my order ships?

A: When we drop your package(s) off with the carrier you will receive an email. You will also receive emails when your package(s) are in transit, out for delivery, delivered, or have any issues being delivered. See full shipping details here.

Q: Can I layaway a product?

A: Yes. We have a layaway program which is detailed here.

Q: Do you have a store?

A: Yes. View our store locations page for more details.

Q: Do you accept credit card?

A: Yes. We accept American Express, Discover, Master, Visa and PayPal.

Q: Are you a field or do you have any fields?

A: No. New Breed Paintball & Airsoft is currently only retail at this point in time, but we have plans for a field!

Q: Can you hold an item for me?

A: Sorry, we do not hold items for customers.

Q: Do you fill air tanks?

A: Yes we do at our store locations. Drop by during business hours and get your paintball tanks filled.

Q: Do you fill CO2 tanks?

A: Yes we fill both Paintball, Soda Stream, and Keg canisters at our store locations. Drop by during business hours and get your tanks filled.

Q: Do you fill soda stream CO2 or kegs?

A: We can fill soda stream tanks, however, you will have to bring your adapter. For Kegs we have the necessary adapters.

Q: Do you buy used guns and gear?

A: Yes, we do buy used guns and gear for cash on the spot, but you get more for your equipment if you trade it in.

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Yes we do! You can find them here.

Q: Where is my order?

A: You can check the status of your order by going over to your orders page or give us a call.

Q: Why does my tracking number say it is not found or shows the wrong tracking information?

A: When we initially drop-off your package with the carrier, your order will say that it has shipped, however, until the carrier has checked it in your tracking number may say it is not found or will show progress for the previous use of that tracking number. Please be patient. Give it a few more hours for it to update.

Q: How do I purchase shipping insurance for my order?

A: Most shipments come with $50-100 of insurance by default. You can purchase additional insurance on your purchase at the time of check out, however most shippers are really quite reliable. You can see more on our shipping page.

Q: Do you sell paint?

A: We have chosen not to sell paint online, because we do not want you to receive broken paint in the mail. However, we do sell paint at our store locations.

Q: Are you hiring?

Q: Can I buy an item through you that is not on your website?

A: There is a possibility you can. Give us a call to find out if we can order it for you.

Q: I have a tech question, how can I speak with a tech?

A: You can give us a call and ask to speak with a tech or email Paintball tech or Airsoft tech.

Q: What output pressure should I be running?

Q: What is drop shipping?

A: Drop shipping is when we utilize one of our distributors to ship you items they might have that we do not. We do this to get you your items as fast as possible. Read more about shipping here.

Q: What days and times do you ship?

A: Our shipping department operates Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST.

Q: Can I test shoot a marker at your store?

A: Unfortunately at this time, no you cannot. If you would like to test a certain gun, try to find someone at a field or ask a friend with the gun you are interested in if you can try it out.
